Oat Groats can be milled or flaked to make your own oatmeal. The kernels may be ground in your grain mill and the flour used in any recipe calling for oat flour. The kernels may be cracked and steamed for cereal.

Rolled Oats are thick wholegrain flakes that make a hearty old-fashioned porridge or add texture to granolas, cookies, muffins, breads and more. Rolled Oats are a sodium free, low fat, low saturated fat and cholesterol free food. In addition, oats are a good source of fiber, iron, thiamin, phosphorus and magnesium.


The hard red winter wheat is triple cleaned wheat that has 12 to 14% protein with less than 10% moisture. This is the standard wheat for storage. This wheat makes excellent all-purpose flour.
